Mila the manager of the property promised so many things and ruined our vacation. She said she we were able to get passes for our family and travelers that were staying with us, to the water park inside the resort. She asked what day will we be using the water park, I said Sunday. She said, not a problem. Sunday came and I gave her a call to ask her how we can get access, she said, Im so sorry but theres no more passes, which was a LIE because I went to speak with the front desk manager and he said that the property owner denied access to the water park for the renters. We also were informed that this isnt the first time, this happens at the same property and that this will be reported to the HOA. We had our trip planned out perfectly. and our children were disappointed due to this!!! We couldnt go anywhere else for a backup plan for the kids, because of the time frame we had after a long morning of debating with her and manager of the resort to accommodate us. After all of the debating, she had the nerve to call me to tell me I had a balance due of $115 for late check out ( which she approved us for free) and pool heat that WE NEVER RECEIVED. DO NOT RENT HERE. Mila will sell you a dream just to get the property rented and then abandon you and ruin your vacation.

The parking was tricky with 4 vehicles and the association security came around twice to correct our parking jobs. The game room was in an enclosed Garage and the air on the wall was broken so it was very hot. The kids didnt get to use it as planned. The pool was super cloudy when we arrived and there was a bottle of bubbles from previous guest. The next day someone was sent out to clean it but they didn't remove the bottle from the pool and it remained cloudy. The air could not be moved lower than 72 and it was very warm during the day and at night to sleep. Half the tvs didn't work properly and batteries were missing from a handful of remotes. The pans in the kitchen were warped and hard to cook with. The wifi didn't work when we arrived and they were nice enough to let us into the room to the router and said they would send someone out but never did. We ended up fixing it ourselves.

For the cost of the rental the following should be provided: According to the ad, there was NO treadmill, bicycle. The spa was $40 a day to heat. This price should be added to the cost. Each bedroom should have a chair or a bench. This is especially helpful for senior citizens. The renter should be told in advance if the following will not be provided: Toilet paper (was provided but for 16 people, we should have more than 2 rolls per bath for a 5 night stay) and the rolls was not a full roll, paper towels, dish detergent, and dishwasher detergent. There was no dish clothes (the one that was provided, looked like it had been used to wash a car). The bath towels and wash clothes looked very old, multiple uses. I suggest telling people to bring their own. The pool was dirty. However, when called to have it cleaned, a person showed up and said it was because the trees over the pool was the problem. They did cut some of the leaves back. We cleaned the pool ourselves, but there was still dirt at the bottom. No one came to actually vacuum the bottom of the pool. There was a LOT of spider webs around the patio door. There was no broom for us to clean them ourselves. The blender DID NOT work. The ice maker DID NOT work. We called maintenance, and someone came and so called fixed the issue. Telling us we should have ice in 24 hrs. On day 3 we still DID NOT have ice. So we purchased some from the store. ALL of the theater chairs need to be replaced. They either had torn fabric or the leg rest was broken. There's 10 TV's in the house. However only 6 can work at a time according to DISH satellite. We had to buy batteries for the TV remotes. Overall the housekeeping service should do a better job at making sure every nook and crannies has been cleaned as if the Queen of England was coming to stay!
