I would never stay at this house again.

The kids loved the game room, the location was nice.

There was a problem with the smoke detectors and they went off all night every night for 3 nights straight. We got no sleep and had full park days to contend with. We also paid extra to have the spa heated and it never got over 85. Management agreed to move us to a different property so we were finally able to get sleep. They also refunded the money for the spa. I would never stay at this house again but I would stay at the second property we moved to and rent from this property company again. It started out as a horrible experience but they did what they could to fix it.

It was a lovely!

We absolutely loved the villa, there were a couple of things that needed to be looked at and right away there were fixed. House was big enough for the 9 of us. Kids loved the pool, it was a must every time we were in the villa. Really close to supermarket, restaurants etc.

fantastic, we would book this property again if we are back in Orlando

the property is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, it is quite a large property with 4 lovely bedrooms and a very large dining area. the air conditioning is automatic so the house was always at a nice temperature. the pool was lovely and there was very little outside noise.

Such a well presented and well stocked house; there was literally everything we could need. The beds were really comfortable, showers powerful and hot, and a washer and dryer so we could keep everything clean. Near I27 and I426 so we could access all of the attractions within a 30 minute drive. Sandy, the property manager, was really helpful with any queries.

We opted out of paying for the pool to be heated, which, in hindsight, was a mistake. At $40 a day, it seemed a bit expensive, but jumping in a cold pool, while invigorating, isn't much fun!

Home Away from Home

Vacation home was decorated beautifully with two entertainment areas, which everyone enjoyed! Three full batrooms were definitely a plus for our family. Kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals. Home was conveniently located to the grocery store and other amenities.

Wifi was spotty at times. All mattresses needed an extra layer of padding, especially the twin beds. They were a bit uncomfortable for adults to sleep on. King and queen beds were ok, but could use padding or new mattresses as well.

READ EVERYTHING AND BEWARE!!

it was a nice home.

ANTS! It was ok till the ants appeared. When I informed the management about the issue it was not taken seriously! There is mold sprouting. the information book is full of instructions that made me feel as if I should have been employed, not on vacation. the communication was very good yet felt excessive.

my family came down for a stay for my daughters 13th bday, and the house was everything that it showed, only thing I ass

the property was Clean and had everything that was needed, pool was clean and did heat as stated, rooms were clean and a nice size, bathrooms were clean and spacious, kitchen was great had everything needed to make all meals, beds were comfortable. kids loves the pool and the spa def was one of the best parts.

wish is was made more clear about having to buy trash bags and washing detergents and such, and not being to change the temp of the refrigerator so most things in order to get cold had to go into the freezer, not much I didnt like, but other then that I would be nit picking and thats not necessary it was a great experience
