The Sauna, fireplace room, bar and restaurant are incredible and staff is lovely.

I was disappointed that the hotel was out of conditioner in the Bathroom as well as the gym/sauna. There was also no slippers / robes in the rooms. I feel like its standard practice for boutique hotels that charges this type of rate p.night.

The friendliness of the staff.

To bring our luggage from the entrance to the lift lobby, there was only one tiny lift that barely fits 2 people with luggage. Also, the location of our room was way too far from the lift. On top of that, there was another small staircase from the lift to our room. We had hard times bringing our luggage from the hotel entrance to our room. The design was probably made this way to enhance the rustic ambience of the hotel, but at least a ramp for luggage could help.

One of the best hotels I've ever been to!

This has to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! I loved how they appear to mock the typical stuffiness of a hotel experience. It very much is a "rebellious" way of approaching what they do. Everything was very comfortable, it's almost like it would be a bed and breakfast run by college students. The attitudes and decorations were all very fun and exciting to be around. I definitely will seek out this brand next time I'm in a city that they have a hotel.

Copenhagen, and in particular Indre By, requires a lot of walking. This isn't really a criticism of the hotel, just be prepared to walk a lot if you stay in this area.
