I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at 25Hours Hotel Florence. From the moment I checked in, the hotel's warm and delightful atmosphere stood out. The room was quite spacious and impeccably clean. After really staying in a hotel in Florence that was hell, coming to this hotel was humorous. The hell rooms were anything but hell but were rather smartly designed and comfort at its best. The room came with a fully stocked fridge with water, coke, beer and chocolate. The in room coffee was delicious. It is a sustainable hotel too, but they do not cut corners. Everything is very well thought out.
The hell rooms are a little dark. So if you drop something, its a little hard to find it. After a few days in the hell rooms, your eyes hurt as it is dark. There are a few staff in the restaurant that have a bit of attitude. They look you up and down and based on your clothes, determine if they can accept you into the restaurant. On one occasion the restaurant was empty, but they made us sit outside with a baby to see if they can let us in. In the end we did not stay, as the baby was hungry and it was taking the restaurant staff too long to decide if we could come in or not. But on the whole, the remainder of the staff are very welcoming.
