Comfortable stay!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the second time. Last time I stayed in 2018, and I must say it exceeded my expectations once again. My recent hotel stay was exceptional! The room was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, always eager to assist. The central location made it easy to explore the city's attractions. I would definitely return for another enjoyable stay. I can confidently say that this hotel remains my top choice whenever I'm in town.

Upon entering the earlier assigned room, I couldn't help but notice a pervasive smoking smell that immediately caught my attention. It was quite unpleasant and somewhat surprising, especially considering my previous positive experiences. While I understand that some guests may choose to smoke in designated areas, the lingering odor in the room was quite noticeable. Despite this initial drawback, I hope the hotel management can address this issue before assigning the room in the future to their guests.

Overall a budget friendly hotel .

The hostess was friendly .

Front of the house staffs could be more welcoming being the first point of contact with the guests. Had addressed an issue regarding someone knocking my room since morning when I had no request for wake up call at all . Had even woke up and put the room on DND but the knocking continued until my partner woke up and checked . The issue wasnt looked into. Had a long night just to wake up to the disturbance of it .
