1 week stay, so far so good.

Location was good, it's was formaly Pullman Bangsa hotel. The existing spa was under renovation so there are no spa facility at the moment.

Resturant on site was not serving dinner now, so if you are lazy to goto nearby for food can only call food delivery.

Average, old hotel.

Clean and spacious

The hot water was NOT hot. Called and maintenance came in. Temperature at the hottest setting was only 31 degrees. Said hell turn up the heat in the mains. After a few hours it was only very slightly hotter. How could this be considered a 5 star hotel? Even 2 star hotels provide decently hot water. Staff was also non-communicative. Had issue with finding our booking so made us wait. After 20 mins, she still did not tell us what has happened. We went up to check and then she said oh everything is fine we found your booking. Not sure if she was ever planning to tell us that she found it. Building is very old and amenities are disappointing. Pool is cold and not used by any guests.
