Exceptional

definitely our choice of stay when we're in KL!

everything, love the location, the service, the room, the bfast buffet. can't complain about anything regarding the hotel!

the only downside is if you're driving- the roads here are SO busy particularly when you're driving into the hotel's carpark, there's always a huge traffic jam

Very good

Family Suite room was generous for 2 adults and 2 young adults. Good, comfortable beds and pillows for people used to Tempur quality or equivalents. Breakfasts and a buffer dinner at Thyme was well-serviced.

Lobby was always crowded. It's a good thing, I guess.

It was the best vacation because I worked hard! And hubby pampered me too!

Excellent location: - Walking distance to Pavilion, KLCC, TRX. - Accessible to most places via grab and taxi. - Easy access by foot to food places near Bukit Bintang. Decent breakfast. Suggest to add more choices for the Sushi and Western food/dishes.

Room is small and smoggy. The vent are dusty - can see the pollution in the air. Open wardrobe is unpleasant since it was fitted in the WC. Odors and bacteria can get trapped in the fabric/clothes. Suggest more Astro/TV channels? Fire drill exercise in the middle of the night i.e. 12.45 am - no notice given?

1)Staff wokring at the reception counter and at LG level (where buffet breakfast were served) were friendly and helpful. 2) Able to connect mobile to Smart view TV.

1)Breakfast buffet spread not much varieties. Nevertheless food was good. 2) Toilet seat bidet. Still prefer the handheld bidet spray.

Not enough staff at reception for such a large hotel which meant a longer check in and check out wait. Pillows also had no support.

Hotel is in a good location. Able to walk to a lot of malls etc

We picked this hotel as it was marketed as family friendly however the hotel hosts functions like most hotels the only difference is you can clearly hear the events from the rooms. The rooms are not sound proofed at all and frustratingly when I went downstairs one night to find out what time the event was finishing as my toddler had been up from the noise (this was 12pm) the counter was extremely rude! For some reason very stand offish and when asked to speak to the manager gave me even more attitude. Honestly the staff at the hotel are very cold minus the housekeeping who were a delight to deal with. This hotel is advertised as 'luxury and up market' but the service was horrible! Won't stay here again and highly don't recommend it for families who have little ones given the lack of sound proofing
