The cleaning staff are very good and efficient. The location is prefect for work, leisure and accessible for cars, taxis and public transportation to local and suburbs. Pool was great for kids.

Hassle-free travelling, spacious room with great services. Highly recommended! Will come back again!

Room is big and clean - Property is relatively new and located in the KL Eco City. 5 minutes walk from Abdullah Hukum LRT and about 10-15 mins walk to Gardens Mall (which is also connected to Mid Valley Megamall). Alternatively, private e-hailing, GRAB or travelling via KLIA Express->KTM/LRT are also good choices. Hotel offered welcome drinks at reception and gave Christmas cookies as treats which was really appreciated by my child. Level 1 infinity pool offers great city view. Breakfast variety changed (slightly) on a daily basis with fresh fruit juices, pancakes, waffles, etc. We love the rainforest shower too!

The check-in experience was extremely disappointing, frustrating, & memorable for all e wrong reason

The sheltered walkway to the garden mall and midvalley. The food was ok and wide variety. Cleanliness was good. Staff were all courteous, friendly and nice.

The check-in process was messy. I had to go to the reception counter 4 times just to request a towel, but I still did not receive one the next day. I requested a rollaway bed 3 times before it was finally delivered. I checked in, went out for dinner, and returned to find the bed still not in my room. My 11-year-old child was with me and I was told I would need to pay extra for their breakfast on top of the charge for the rollaway bed. I had to go to reception again because the staff forgot to collect the tourist tax. Overall, it was a terrible first experience. The next morning, the breakfast staff denied me access, claiming I had not paid for my child's breakfast, despite having done so. I informed them to double check, as I had paid even though we did not eat breakfast the first day. On the last morning, I was asked about it again. There were many miscommunications that made me look like I had not paid for breakfast, with other guests giving me looks.

Cozy and lovely stay at Amari

Facilities were excellent. Got complimentary services as I booked the suite. In room dining and breakfast buffet options were good and plentiful. Staff was courteous and respectful.

Couple of things could be looked into - Explaining the benefits and services available with the room. Got to know a bit late. - Priority checkin and checkout was not handled well enough. It wasnt staffs fault as they wont be able to identify a club member or a suite resident from regular visitors.

Great stay at Amari

I enjoyed the 7D6N stay at Amari, we booked connecting rooms and it was so clean and tidy. I like most is the couch where I can sit and see the scenery outside. TV are great and they have tvN (Korean channel). Wifi are strong. Wide variety of breakfast, all are delicious. Bed are comfortable. Didn't manage to swim cos was crowded in the Morning, back in the evening to swim but pool side is closed at 7pm. Wanted to chill and sit at the pool side area but was closed, guests cannot enter in the pool area. Overall stay was excellent and I will stay at Amari again if I travel to KL

We arrived early at 12pm plus, we registered and rooms will be ready at 3pm. However, only twin was ready and waited for more than an hr to get the other king room to be ready. However, the hotel gave us some compensation like check out late but we didn't want, instead we ask for complimentary for two for our wedding anniversary.
