We enjoyed ourselves but I cant justify spending so much for one night when I expected far more for my money.

Location and facilities were good.

The owner hassling me to vacate early so the cleaners could clean! Also the inability to be able to use all of the facilities.

Great getaway

The apartment veiw of the city was amazing. Would definitely book again. Near train station and Spencer St outlets. Communication was good between house keeping. Thank you WSP

The underground car park was a nightmare possibly a map to where the designated car park is. A few dot points on the facilty written down in a welcome letter ie using pool we needed to register online first.

Great location for family travel

Apartment was in a fantastic location and great for a large family half bath was a nice surprise. Close to shops, food options and tramlines. Pool, sauna and outdoor level 9 amenities are fantastic, especially coming into warmer weather.

Unfortunately bed was extremely hard and difficult to sleep on. Even the kids struggled. Luggage can not be dropped off and held for you prior to check in - use the station lockers if possible.

The place is very clean and spacious. The location is excellent. The response for help was beyond expectations, very quick and fast. Really happy and would definitely come again.

No Breakfast.

hard to find parking, hard to navigate where apartment was. Codes were confusing B3,B4 upper, low level. We had to ask someone where 2404 was and were told its according to floor number . Didn't know this would've been good to know prior. finding the car park spot was a nightmare
