Good facilities, ideal location but water pressure is a big problem and wifi is unstable.

The location was ideal. Facilities were comfortable including the furniture, aircon, kitchen, beds.

There was a problem with the water pressure while having shower. If someone is having a shower, you can't flush the toilet or use the tap in the kitchen because the shower will lose the water pressure almost completely. This is unacceptable. Wifi was unstable and we ended up using our data. These two issues were brought up to management's attention but were not addressed.

Average but functional.

Linen and towels were clean.

Booking process requires that you respond to a text link and upload copies of the front and back of your ID document, yourself, and your credit card! I was absolutely convinced that it was a scam! Shower doesn't drain properly. Carpets throughout unit are old and dirty. Rats in the ceiling keep you up at night. There is insufficient Wi-Fi for the TV to run Prime TV. Netflix and neon worked okay.

A quiet convenient location. Spacious living area and bedrooms. Electric blankets

Internet connection was very intermittent for the tv and devices. Knives and forks small - hard to eat with.

Very comfortable & warm. Booking procedures terrible to understand only saver was a grandson.

Area & space. Lovely hot water. warmth in all house

Booking in process. Not good for older people & not IT SKILLED. Batteries need replacing in some aircon remotes. TV should be basic channels. No instructions for tv.
