Everything,hosts were great,nothing too much trouble,room smashing and breakfasts perfect .

Shower not very powerful but that could be due to the time it was being used,not really a complaint just an observation.

Lovely stay within walking distance from all the places I wanted to see

My whole experience was a lovely one. The host was very kind and helpful, breakfast was good although not much in terms of options but the fresh fruit salad was excellent to start my day with. The room and bathroom were very clean indeed and the place has a warm, homely feel to it and the hosts did put a lot of effort into making the place nice. Loads of flyers with info about how to spend time in the area and

Dont stay anywhere else!

Everything about Willow Dene is excellent. The managers have an eye for detail that means the place is immaculate, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The rooms have all been refurbished to an excellent standard creating a warm, well organised homely environment. Room refreshments are well chosen, linen is high quality and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and even the coffee is Costa! No expense spared or corners cut in providing true quality. The staff have great inter-personal skills. Yes, I loved it!

this is the second time I have stayed at Willow Dean, This short break was excellent and a hearty breakfast.I would certainty return next year. absolutely spotless.

The breakfast was nice' the location was ok and close to peasolm park' room was nice even though it was hard for me with the stairs to the second floor with me being disabled .

The first two nights ' the constant loud snoring from the room below me' and every time they went in and out the room below me banging their door... so had no sleep at all for the first two nights.

I would stay there again.

My room was spotless and well decorated. It was quiet and in a perfect location for walking around Scarborough

I struggled to adjust the shower temperaturre and strength but I managed to use it.
