A very good facility for a short, one off stay in Scarborough.

The facility was snug, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. I found the hosts kind, friendly, polite and very willing to help with anything that I needed help or advice with.

Had a very good stay at the Phoenix Guest House, will definitely be one that we return to !!!!!!

The Phoenix Guest House was spotlessly clean, excellent breakfast and David and Paul were so friendly and welcoming. We felt really at home in a warm comfortable, clean environment.

Nothing, everything was absolutely spot on.

Value for money and good location close to the main town within walking distance.

Excellent Yorkshire Breakfast. Plenty of choice. Good mug of TEA. Good welcome and excellent customer service. Nothing was a problem and delivered with a smile.

The place was spotless, David & Paul, the owners welcome us on arrival , there was a great selection for breakfast. They both gave us good advice what to see and how to get there. If we ever go back to Scarborough would certainly stay there, great value for money.
