Good, except for the things I have mentioned in the dislike box

The kitchen was good. The main bed was comfortable. The location was good, near to shops, near to the beach & surf club.

The stairs both outside & inside were horrible. Perhaps the photos online should include the stairs inside. With the toilet being upstairs it was challenging. The beds in the 2nd bedroom were too hard. . The parking was also challenging. Has anyone had a look at the laundry lately? There is one washing machine, which to say it kindly needs replacing.

its proximity to the beach and spaciousness.

larger coffee cups and an iron would have been good to have. the ironing board needs replacing.

The unit was roomy and good kitchen facilities. Fantastic location and I would like to stay again.

Being on the beach is of course the best location and with good restaurants/cafe very close by. Friendly neighbours and great support by letting agent.

The shared laundry and washing machine needs updating and better cleaning of bathroom cupboard (taking out pieces of dirty old carpet off the shelves and lining with something cleaner and able to be wiped over. Unit needs a mop and a vacuum cleaner provided. Provision of linen would be better than needing to cart your own along or having to hire.
