The reviewers had a positive first impression of Vistas De La Bahia. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a nice smell. They enjoyed having the pools to themselves. However, they experienced issue (Read More)s with the water pressure in the shower and some broken windows that didn't close properly. The mattresses were also not great. Despite these drawbacks, others in their group enjoyed their stay. The pool area needed some repair and wasn't very clean, but overall it was a beautiful place with clean rooms and comfortable beds. They would consider visiting again.

The worst place to stay

I did not like anything! It's a scam, nothing like you see in the photos

They offer amenities that they do not have, the items are moldy, the rooms are dirty, the floor is slippery, there is no hot water, you can hear everything that happens outside and the barking dogs do not allow you to rest. I left a day earlier than I was supposed because of the poor management and they didn't give me my money back for that last day.

Horrific start!

Beautiful view from the balcony. The appt was spacious and centrally located in that area.

Unfortunately we were homeless for 2 hours when we arrived. We got to the resort, no one at the front desk. No idea of our appt or how to check in. No one picking up the phone, no contact available in case of emergencies. We litteraly drove around desperately at 2am trying to find somewhere to sleep till 4am. Everywhere in that neighborhood was closed. We decided to sleep in the car waiting for the front desk to opem at 9am. We noticed an email that was sent earlier but it was written in the subject section so we did not get all details of the check in procedure nor room number. Luckily 2 pictures of the building we were supposed to be in, were attached in the email, so we decided to go from door to door to check which was open and was ours. After opening someone else's door, we finally found ours, late after 4am. We complained later in the morning and got reimbursed for the first night and some. However, this did not change our first impression of the place. It was a horrific experience. Arriving midnight, first time in Puerto Rico, and with small children. Not able to get to our room, no emergency contact available. We also complained the fact that the staff sent the entire email in the subject area, which is why we did not get the complete information. The manager was on vacation, so he wasn't available either. Very poor experience.

We got two rooms because it was a lot of us. The 2 bedroom was cozy. The one bedroom was good for two people. The host were nice. Quick drive to Boqueron which is great.

The 1-bedroom bed was not comfy at all and made a lot of noise. The 2-bedroom had one coffee cup and one spoon, I would think since it sleeps 6, they would at least have 6. There is a big hole in the ceiling outside of the bedroom that isn't pretty at all.

I will definitely stay there again.

Location is great, I have been here several times, dog friendly. Very comfy beds, everything very clean , pools crystal blue waters. Easy check in and out.

my only disappointment was I saw the smoke detector had no battery. The cartridge was sticking out. Toilet seat was loose. I wish The hotel had an ice machine. Oh a loose board on pool deck was very dangerous. Like I said I have been there before but this time I was disappointment.
