Had an awesome time at WelcomHeritage in Ranthambore! The food was crazy delicious, and the place is so close to all the cool tourist spots. The service was top-notch, and the rooms were squeaky clean. Highly recommend for a fantastic stay!

We had a great time staying at Welcome Heritage Mount Valley Resort in Ranthambore. The staff overall in every department may it be at the reception or the cleaning or at the restaurant are courteous and helpful. The restaurant food breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious and flavorful with a good spread of choices to eat everyday. The room was very clean and comfortable. All in all a good stay. If I had to return again to Ranthambore, I would stay with them again. Thanks team!

Fabulous Hotel and great Tiger safaris

Breakfast was sumptous, good variety, liked all the indian options, cheese sandwithes, fruit options. Room was big outdtanding in decor, excellant shower, liked the english movie channels. Hotel booked all three safaris for us and we saw rarest of rare, male and female tiger together for fourty minutes, afternoon safari 22 Nov 23, in Zone 4. Evening Rajasthani folk style entertainment very good, added spice to our stay

additional option of pork sausages/bacon, for breakfast

Nothing Heritage about this property. Misleading information.

The greeter at the front door

The restaurant does not accept cash as payment. Have to pay for it at the Reception desk. Room bathroom does not have a shower door or curtain and it gets slippery when you shower because the water splashes in the entire bathroom. Light fixtures are not near the bed to shut the lights. The king size bed in my room had 2 different mattresses joined together. This created a V in the middle and it was uncomfortable to sleep. Wi-Fi password is not the same in the entire hotel. Each floor has its own password.

Good experience

Hotel staff is helpful. We booked safaris with them and I would recommend 100%! Breakfast is very nice. We stayed there for all meals and that was also very nice. 4 stars is a bit much because of the state of the property and the facilities that are missing.

The location is only reachable by taxi organised by the hotel. Everywhere you move you need the hotel to be involved which means higher prices. Every night they organise a show about Rajasthan culture, but at the end the actors ask for money and are not happy with any amount you give. This should be included in the hotel price as it is advertised as something the hotel offers.

The staff was simply brilliant, coordinating for safari with the hotel was super smooth and the food (just take there buffet and enjoy ) and if you are a non vegetarian and enjoy a good mutton , order the laal maas with tandoori/baajre ki rooti . Drove down from gurgaon, plenty of parking space .
