Good

Beautiful place , could be improved in places!

All the facilities were great and stayed open nice & late. & that the rooms were spacious

Absolutely no sound proofing in rooms , could hear people running up n down throughout the night and could hear next doors conversations which made it feel like we also had no privacy as such. Bed was stained on arrival & no cleaning equipment to be able to do our dishes if we needed to use them again.

The heated swimming pool and the restaurant has very friendly serving staff and the food there were delicious!

Fixture and fittings are old and outdated and needed to be upgraded.

Shower before and after your stay and bring your own bedding/towels

They had some really yummy mocktails and were very close to the Terrace Hot Pools.

The hotel was less resort and more run-down motel. Room was filthy not vacuumed, pubic hair on the wall, one towel was dirty, peeling paint, hand/body prints all over the glass and mirrors, etc. it needs a full update and a deep clean at the very least. It was a shame bc the property could have been gorgeous in its day. Also, the pools were 101F, the same temp as a standard hot tub.

Staff were nice but this place is totally run down and in dire need of renovations

The location is decent if someone is golfing or wanting to be near Taup

Everything is so old, the whole place needs a gut renovation, especially the old dirty torn carpets. Looks like they tried to retire the bathroom but out it right on top of the old bathtub walls instead of removing it first, very cheaply done for a place that charges more than others

Love the pools and grounds. Meal was very nice in the Geyser Bar.

In older room faded worn carpet, bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Room wasn't serviced after 3 days which we had asked them to do. Was done in the evening as rubbish was piling up.

Old , dirty and run down. Overpriced for its condition. Considering busy season they barely had enough staff at the reception , with massive line of customers waiting. Check in time was 3pm however only one of out two rooms was ready. Surely if they know a busy period is coming they would schedule additional housekeeping staff, but it wasn't the case.

Room and bathroom seemed tired. Response regarding room service was poor

Good location. Plenty of car parking.

Aspects of room service were not up to standard. There was an opened milk cartoon in the fridge. There was no valance on the bed. The room decor looked basic. There was no response to the call to reception. There is no mention about room service frequency and we were told on the third day that we had to ask if we wanted room service.
