Perfect for a short stay.

We booked 2 rooms as we a party of 7. My elderly parents are visiting from overseas as they managed well on the property.

Interiors could do with a touch up. I took my electric frying pan as there are no cooking facilities.

Not as described on site. Linen were clean, apart from that everything was not good.

Cutlery wasnt clean, jacuzzi was with hair and grass were creeping through the floor . Cockroaches. Floor carpet, couch, and door glazings werent cleaned.

Large rooms and able to take our dogs

Terrible WIFI. As I had to do some work and get online it really was a hinderance. So if connectivity is important for your stay then this is not the place for you.

The location

Very dirty, Ill-prepared room. Mould and dirt on most surfaces. Outside was an ill-cared for mess. No where near worth the rates charged. "Delusions of Grandeur" would be a better name...

All things considered good value for money. A little rough around the edges but would stay again.

We didn't have any expectations and therefore meet them all.

A number of things remained in progress (or a little worn down) i.e. no lighting in the spa bath/shed area. No extra blankets. No coat hangers in clothing cupboard. No bed lamps/lights. Limited power sockets and coffee/tea.
