Great hotel, but very poor value for money.

Staff were super friendly and the rooms were cleaned very well on a daily basis. Rooms were nice but a bit noisy (even after we changed to a quieter side of the hotel). The location is great, both beaches very accessible and lots to see and do in the area.

The front desk and the water sports activities desks were understaffed, staff working really hard but still long queus, more people needed at both. The included breakfast was also very slow, we had to wait almost an hour on the day we got there at 9:15am, if you got there early it was OK but still wait times. The rooms were good but not amazing which at over $1,000 per night I was expecting.

Great place for families!

The rooms were nice, my family of 4 didn't feel squeezed. The pools were great, my teen boys especially enjoyed the adventure pool; those slides are fun! The grounds were very nice, overlooking the ocean. I liked the use of green space, as opposed to neighboring resorts that seem more densely packed. And despite being a guy that likes to research and book things myself, I found the concierge was very helpful.

They could use another family-friendly hot tub or two, the two near the infinity pool get a bit full. And the cost of the breakfast buffet is rather extravagant, but there are alternatives (on-site Starbucks, restaurants in The Shops next door, etc).

Beautiful resort with tons of amenities. Plenty of pools and places to eat on site. Several pools to choose from. Loved

Beautiful property open to the water. Lots of activities and places to eat. Great walking trail just outside. Staff was kind and helpful.

I paid for partial ocean view. Y first night was in room 717. We were very disappointed. So we requested and received a new room 2311. We were happy after that.

Superb

Fantastic stay, if you can afford not looking at the end price.

Very nice. Also a great lounge to freshen up before our red eye flight.

I know Hawaii is not cheap but the total price just does not translate. For example, You pay $50 resort fee per day (on top of a very pricey room rate) but still have to pay for a lot of items if you wish to use them. Also the breakfast buffet is $50 per person didnt do that, the supermarket is just 5 min walk.
