Disappointing

go to the Four Seasons if youre looking for a first class stay.

Staff was friendly

Upgraded my room, but was told it was about an hour away from being clean. 3 1/2 hours later we got to check in total fail. Went to the beach and And asked the tenant for some towels and he pointed at an umbrella 60 yards away and said theyre over there if you want to go get one? Really wasnt that his job. All the chairs were pulled by the main pool at 4:30 and they started hosing the place down when you really wanted to sit and enjoy the Jacuzzi and the view. Total fail. Even though I dont drink I will admit the staff did leave a bottle of champagne with a value of $14 and a $150 credit against my bill as an apology but considering a five day stay was 14,000 in the room I was in it just wasnt enough.

Beautiful resort and the perfect honeymoon!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We particularly loved the breakfast buffet, the tiered pools, and the complimentary recreational activities. All in all it was truly a wonderful stay and when we left we kept thinking about how much we missed being there!

The room could be slightly updated. We were a couple, but only one person could actually sit in the provided chair so it was an unnecessary piece of furniture. We ended up just sitting in the bed to watch the TV at a angle. Also, the entire TV console was large but had no additional purpose. We thought there might be more drawers for clothing storage, which would have been helpful. The closet is nice but it doesn't have great storage, only to hang things.

Relaxing R&R

Location was great. The valet service was amazing very pleasant greeting upon arrival and every time we used the service the guys were awesome. View from room was great. Bumbye beach bar awesome service by Hollie.

Restaurants a little pricey, and food was hit & miss one day good next day not so.

Our floor in the room looked like it had some dried up substance in a red color we would have though that housekeeping would have said something to maintenance .. we thought it was blood at first ..

Exceptional

Perfect! Love it so much!

It was such a beautiful property! The open-air lobby was so nice. We actually fell asleep on one of the couches waiting for our room (We got there early). The smells at this property just put you on island time immediately. We had a wonderful time at the luau. We decided to do it the day we arrived because we were already so comfortable! There was direct access to the beach, the food was amazing, and the staff was so helpful! We had all these plans to explore, but we were so comfortable at the resort that we didn't do quite as much as we had planned. We actually had a red-eye to catch on the last day, and we could only get a 12:00 PM Check out. The staff offered to keep our luggage for us, let us hang out at the resort, and let us know about the shower room on site so that we could have a shower before our flight. I would stay here every time!

Very good

Our stay was very nice and relaxing.

Pools, beach and breakfast all very nice. Staff was excellent!

The rooms were quite small and same with the bathroom. We had read this in similar reviews before we left. We did not spend much time in the room but for two people and luggage for a week they were on the small side.

Fantastic weather, great pools nice people but starting to stretch our budget.

The pools were great, the services at the pool were excellent and the staff at the pools were really great! The room cleaning was excellent and the ability to use the grounds was exceptional. Valet was also very good. Loved the free drink with purchase of cabana.

The beach staff were unfriendly and not helpful. The costs are just starting to get too high - we have visited 5-6 times and there should be a better loyalty program for return guests. The Ohana Suite at the end of our trip is usually excellent but it was extremely dirty and felt unclean. The hotel should have also given us a heads up and about the mineral sunscreen and had more options for sale. We were allergic to the sun screen provided.
