It was heavenly to spend our time in such a wonderful place... Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Top notch facilities Staff trained really well. Another world. Everything thought out including the facilities gardens and rooms.

Entertainers in.bar could improve,. Also can't they sing some Hawaiian songs? . Luau food was good but it was only warm by the time it was served.. The entertainment was excellent, particularly the narrator. Swimming pools and slides are wonderful

Didnt meet expectations.

The views , the staff in general

Firstly , when we checked in the Room and package of the Napua Lounge I booked with Booking.com I was told didnt exist together .I showed them my booking confirmation, was offered a lower quality room to meet the package terms ,in short we had to fight to get that we booked and paid for . In the end we did , but we were treated like liars .

very disappointed came home 2 days early but required to pay for those 2 days!!

Location

Very limited dinning options. Three restaurants closed and walked nest door for meals. $600 per day pool cabana rentals with no half day rental or other option.

Grand Wailea vacation

Location was great, the grounds were immaculate, the friendliness of the staff. We will be back.

The price was a little high but once we got there, it made sense. On-site washer and dryer would have been great because we were getting wet/dirty everyday with pool, beach, hiking, and waterfalls.

The location is great! Great beach, the pools/slides are amazing and the rooms were nice and clean with good amenities.

The food was expensive on property and the spa was under renovation.

Disappointed. This place is supposed to be premier resort on Maui and did not live up to the expectations. Ill give the

Large property with scenic views of the ocean and great beach.

Half of the pools were closed down. This was not disclosed at the time of booking. Additionally all the pool side bars and restaurants closed by 4 pm which made it harder to stay by pool and enjoy yourself late afternoon.
