The path to the stay is very narrow, only one car can travel and not even a two wheeler can come opp

The Location had a nice view and the room had a large balcony and was spacious.

The property was average. Not worth the 5.6k that they charged for 2 nights. The Towels given were of poor quality. The Hot water was not available at all times. we had to tell them again and again for Hot Water.

I didn't like the place bcz the receptionist failed to give us the bill for the money we paid. When we ask for it he was blabbering & was blaming us for the same. His behaviour was too poor & he doesn't know to treat guests well.

The stay was great.

1. The property is exactly as shown in the photos. It is within the tea farms. The view is very nice. 2. The staff and service was also above average. Siran Das, one of the staff members, has been very helpful. 3. They have a good a parking area. 4. The villas are very spacious and clean.

1. The staff should be proactive in helping and asking customers if anything is required. Though the service is good, but it is after you ask for it. A little proactiveness will make the customer feel even better. 2. One of the downside for someone who can't walk slopes, like my parents or elderly is that we have to walk uphill / downhill to the villas.
