Problems with parking reservation, noisy room.

The hotel is fairly well located. A lot of restaurants and other businesses around. It has a metro station in front of it and access to the major road.

Parking reservation procedure needs improvements. I have booked a room a day before arriving and contacted them immediately through booking to reserve a parking spot in their garage with only during my arrival to discover that they have no places left. They claim that I had to call them without specifying it here on booking. Besides problems with parking, the room was extremely noisy, facing the road and cold. It might be one of the worst 4-star hotel.

Very nice & staff very friendly.

Very nice hotel

You should tell guess when checking in that breakfast will be extra charge. I did not like when checking out I had extra charge for breakfast; that I really did not eat. In the US breakfast is complimentary.

We were double charged and thats totally unacceptable. If we didnt say something the hits wouldve not done anything.

Its close to the train station, restaurants, bars and very safe.

Absolutely loved my stay at Voco Paris Montparnasse hotel in Paris! The staffs warmth and friendliness truly made my experience exceptional. The amenities were fantastic, and the location was unbeatable surrounded by an array of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Cant wait to return to this gem!
