Very good

Wonderful hotel, 2nd time we visited a Viva hotel, but unfortunate for our last days.

(Loud) Children in wellness zone when it was clearly stated 18+ and be quiet. Electricity went down for our last day, didn't receive any compensation. Locked out of our room also on the last day, had to jump over fences to get into our room.

It was pleasant. The kids (1&4 year olds) had a great time.

The pirate ship pool was excellent for our 1 year old and 4 year olds. For us that was the main driver for booking this specific hotel. Proximity to a lovely beach was also a plus for us. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Generally, kids had a great time so a successful holiday but i dont have a reason to come back to this hotel.

Hotel restaurants were mediocre at best apart from Mirablau and the buffet which were quite good. Our room was not particularly clean. Generally the hotel is quite dated as is evident from the photos. The pillows were also very uncomfortable.

We stayed at garden villa which had straight access to beach and amazing view on Cala Mesquida beach

The location, the view and the beach was great

For 5,000 euros a week we expected way better comfort of room and service of the hotel staff. The beds were not as comfy

Excellent resort for family fun

Very nice resort with plenty of activities for kids and for adults. Good pool area restaurants and beach. Very friendly staff. The evening shows for families is really icing on the cake.

The spa facility is poor. Indoor pool has a weird smell, and the Turkish bath doesn't work.

Exceptional

Traveling with 8 and 11 year old for vacation

Love the location. Many hiking trails both on and off resort. Loved how convenient food was as well as snacks. There are different level pools also, for young kids, older and adult. Buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner were good; themed dinners rotated which was nice.

I didn't like that the hot tubs weren't open at night. I also didn't like that the air conditioning wasn't very cold. Seating and umbrellas on beach were not included.

Very good

Just lovely. Really relaxing and no real complaints.

Breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice and quite tasty. Staff were very efficient. Table and dining area very clean. In the rooms the bathroom was exceptional. Very good shower and shower space with a lovely double sink. Really appreciated the extra vanity mirror with light too. We had unfortunate weather so we couldnt make use of the pools and other outside activities as much as wed like but we would love to come back again as we can tell there would be so much to do to entertain us and the children.

Not the fault of the hotel but the design of the kitchen space in the room was oddly designed. For example, if someone is sitting at the table, you cant open the fridge door or use the kettle easily because the seat is in the way. Also it was a shame that our bedroom window looked out onto a hedge rather than the lovely beach view. Again, not the fault of the hotel, but rather the unfortunate placement of our particular room. An extremely minor fault and didnt really affect our stay.
