Superb

Great Location. Clean and tidy. Fittings and amenities were perfect for our short vacation. Nice pool and outside area.

Great location, good standard of amenities. Villa clean and pool clean and inviting. Private parking facility always a bonus. Good WiFi in the downstairs area.

WiFi poor in the upstairs area.

Great location lovely little villa close to marina restaurants and playa blanca

Couldn't park in space with villa.as others parked outside and blocked however always parked in spaces outside villa. Internet slow at time had to connect to a different villa

Superb

We enjoyed our stay, it's a nice house with all you can need. Close to the harbour and supermarket, good parking right outside and well equipped kitchen. Pool area was cosy and everything clean.

Only thing missing was a fast internet which made it hard to work from home.

Very good

Super location if you prefer to be located to the Rubicon Marina

The villa was lovely with all you need within to make it a home from home . The location to the Rubicon marina was excellent and was the reason I booked , as my wife is still recovering from a bad ankle break . Host had left a lovely welcome pack , better than any I have had at previous villas .

The perfect location away from the crowds but close to the marina and beach

The location was perfect for us, really close to Rubicon marina and about 15 minutes walk to the beach and Playa Blance resort. It took us a little while to figure out how to get into the villa. When you touch the door handle a keypad lights up. A well equipped villa.

A lovely chilled week - just what we needed

Lovely villa but dated. Had everything we needed for a comfortable week. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds.

A bit dated/shabby. Things like the veneer coming off the kitchen cabinets and a broken sunlounger left by the pool. Also there were 3 of us but the hot water ran out after one shower then we had to wait ages for it to catch up for the next shower. Considering the villa sleeps 6 this could be difficult!

Disappointing

location brilliant..

Ensuite unusable due to terrible smell of sewage..no change of towels and bedding for 3 weeks and I had to email to get it sorted ..But then had to email again after another 2 weeks for the same thing again..Stayed last year for 8 weeks and had none of these issues..But then we had cockroaches in the main bathroom which really ruined my holiday as I am really disgusted by them .Got them on the patio and in the pool..So disappointed this time as we loved our 8 week stay last year.. The prices for next year have almost doubled !!! But I will not be going back there anyway..
