Great location, otherwise would never book again

Closed swimming pool not mentioned in the property description (we had offered the pool in the tower next to us but it required going outside of our site; not convenient with the children), the rooms advertisement was false & changed after our communication with the agent (the small bedroom does not have the windows, it is a box room), outdated and broken furniture/kitchen/bathrooms (moldy and with horrible fixings), dirty terrace (nothing like on the pictures) property was not properly cleaned at the arrival. As much as the agent was trying to help us out, it was a disappointing stay for the price we had to pay. Property needs renovation and accurate description. Not recommended for family

Good, but not being told about the pool closure in advance was very disappointing

The property was perfect for us, we arent bothered about aesthetics, its location that matters, which is great of this one

The pool was closed for refurbishment and the management agent didnt tell us in advance, when they clearly knew. They did arrange an alternate pool in wharf 2, but by the time this was arranged we were pretty much leaving (Only a 3 day stay).

wasnt clean. bathrooms was filthy and not been cleaned for some time.

since the day we arrived. Very loud banging notices above since 8:00am each day, we complained and apparently maintenance work was being carried out. This should be done whilst the apartment is vacant. also Maintenance staff waking around in our private terrace installing CCTV, again this should be done whilst the apartment is vacant.

Great location. Spacious accommodation. Quietly. There are many opportunities to get to any point of the city - near the tram, metro, Marina.

We were there in January. Comfortable water for taking a shower was only in one of the three bathrooms. In one of the bathrooms, hot water was not connected, but after our treatment it was connected for 2 days. In one of the bedrooms there is no way to open the window and ventilate the room. The air conditioning in this bedroom is turned on and regulated only from a remote control on the wall in the next bedroom. This system includes both air conditioners in both bedrooms at once. The cooling system does not work correctly - when the temperature is normal in one of the bedrooms, it is very cold in the other. The third bedroom is just a small storage room. The outlet was never put in order for us there. In fairness, I note that all our requests and complaints were responded to very quickly.

Exceptional

Words cant describe how fantastic our experience at this apartment was. Firstly, the location is amazing. Marina walk on one side of the building and a 2 minute walk to the beach on the other. Secondly, the huge (and I mean HUGE) private terrace needs seen to be believed. we sat out every evening watching the boats go up and down the Marina all while the kids had space to play outside too like a proper back garden! We used the pool in the building every day too and it was quiet and relaxing. Finally, Issa our host was hugely responsive both in terms of directions for getting to and accessing the apartment, as well as replying to all our questions in a friendly and efficient manner. All in all we had an unbelievable stay at the apartment. Thank you Issa, we will definitely be back!
