great group stay

exactly as it looks in the photos, pool was fantastic, excellent facilities, beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything you needed.

only downside and this is only a small downside is that it is literally in the middle of nowhere so if you dont have a car it is impossible to get around. BUT if you do your research then you know this already (we didnt).

The outside area was perfect. Plenty of shade and sun and the pool was beautiful There is a BBQ area undercover and a ping-pong table. Fantastic place for families or groups The Aircon worked and the place is very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and big! It's very quiet and peaceful but only 5-8 mins drive to local big supermarkets and 20 mins to the nearest beach

We arrived during the stated arrival time but were told on arrival we were late and the host was not impressed- even though I had tried to call the number given to me twice. She was very sweet but spoke absolutely no English at all which isn't easy when trying to sign paperwork and agree check out/problems we may have Although the place was clean, there was not enough wine glasses. The place hosts 8-10 people and there were 3 proper wine glasses and one champagne glass which just isn't enough There are no proper shutters in the bedrooms which you expect in hot places like palma - thin curtains only which means a very early wake when the sun rises!
