Location

Very simple for a high price. They did not allow more than 2 devices to be connected to the wifi (the problem was that I was travelling with my husband, so we either connected our cell phones or our computer)

A lovely hotel just a few minutes walk from the attractions. Friendly staff, a lovely breakfast and a beautiful room with a clear view of the tower from the attic room.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and all the central attractions are very close to the hotel

Little over priced for the room quality. The breakfast was included in the price. It consisted of only croissants, fruits, and cookies, but if you want eggs and coffees, it's extra charges.

Absolutely superb

The room was superb at the top of the hotel with a view of the Tower. Vaulted ceilings and separate shower room. Short walk to the Tower and cathedral and restaurants. Staff were great, especially reception and the night porter who gave us a lift to the airport (cos it was a bank holiday and taxis were few and far between).

not a dislike but being on the second floor - we missed a lift.

Great service and comfortable stay.

We love the location of the property and the staff. Communication was on point, everyone was helpful and friendly. Our bags were taken to our room while we were out sightseeing.

Great place to stay within a few minutes walk of the tower.

Very conveniently located for the tower. Very good quality of service. They looked after our luggage after check out and the breakfast was great value and delicious. Staff were very nice.

The tower view is not that impressive. You have to lean through the window and you only see the very top part. I wouldn't bother paying extra for it in future.
