Very good

Great nights stay in Pisa!

Perfect location! Opening up the window and seeing the Tower of Pisa outside never got old. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering an early check in when we arrived before 2pm from our train.

Superb

The location of this hotel is excellent for the sights and more than we could have wished for in a short stay so everything was easily accessible . It is a 20 minute walk from the train station. Our room had a balcony , it was front facing , it was was spatious and we had a view of the leaning tower from the balcony . Hotel is 5 minutes walk from the historical sight and surrounded by excellent restaurants and a mini mart . What the hotel lacks in modern decor and facilities it makes up for in location, genuinely friendly helpful front desk staff . Breakfast was included and the buffet was plentiful with fresh food , the value for money is excellent . Lorenzo at the front desk was really helpful recommending eateries and sights to see and took time to mark maps, engage us in conversation on sights to see, excellent hospitality and very welcoming .

The decor is old and worn. It adds to the character of the hotel, it's a 3 star but great value for money and we found a great welcome from good staff.

Disappointing

The breakfast was good and location.

Hotel needs update, otherwise is not comfortable as a 4 star

Personnel at the reception was extremly professional and helpfull. Coffee machine in breakfast room was a modern one and made specialities. Location was close to the tower and restaurants. The terace at 5 th floor was really nice offering nice views.

The hotel is very very VERY old and needs refurbishment. When i saw the room i was imediatly disspointed. Furniture old and not maintained, bathroom not very appealing with a small shower and a fixed shower head that would get your hair wet 100%, mirror with visible signs aging and water infliltration. The beds were getting apart constantly as they ve joined 2 twins, the blanket was not in a proper blanket sheet but sandwhiched between 2 normal sheets and we would always wake up covered only in 1. No coffe or tea facility( not even 2 glasses) in the room nor on the floor. The lack of a "do not disturb" sign ( the hk entered 3 times on us). Breakfast is the same everyday and pretty basic for a 4 star.

Rooms were clean and well isolated. very close to the tower and touristic attractions.

Keep in mind although most of the photos are from the roof bar, it is closed during winter (apparntly it is mentioned somewhere hidden in the facilities) and they open it just for private parties, not for guests. W didnt find this nice because we chose this hotel soecifically for the toer view, the breakfast also was not that great.

An very good hotel for the money and the staff could not be more helpful. But you do get what you pay for.

Extremely well located. Staff could not be more helpful. Good value for money. Bed was large and comfortable. The terrace on the 5th floor is spectacular.

Its old and worn. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Breakfast had everything you would want but quality was poor. Coffee from machines particularly awful. Windows in room are not insulated so there is a lot of noise from outside.

We liked the location of the hotel - was super close to the Leaning tower. Close to a nice selection of restaurants, supermarkets. It was very central.
