Spacious, very well equipped, clean Villa in a great location

Villa Roberta was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The pool area was great for relaxing and the kitchen works well with doors out to this area. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Loved the balcony and the TV had every channel !!! The Villa is about 10-15 mins walk downhill to Ayia Napa and from there its easy to hail a taxi for your return. Villas2let were excellent at communication before and during our stay. Highly recommend

Disappointing

Nice location, near to the town of Ayia Napa, great view of the sea and surroundings

In one room, the remote control for the air conditioning was missing, so had to sleep one night in a room with 30 degrees, second day they brought one. In one of the bathrooms the door for the shower was missing (they said a guest broke the door but please fix it then before new guests arrive!), so after taking the shower, half of the bathroom was wet. In general there was already a lot of rust in and around the house (pool, bathrooms etc.) considering that the house isn't so old yet. However, we didn't get back any money despite these circumstances.

Stay property and cleanliness.

The house was beautiful and the TV was the best to watch movies. The rooftop was also a good spot for sunsets.

There were cocroaches in the first floor and there wasn't a mop that was very important for our cleanliness. The tool of the pool for cleaning was also broken.

I have been to Napa before but this villa is by far the best stay Ive had on any holiday, with an exceptionally tidy and modern home, great air con, a lovely garden and big clean pool! Thank you so much :)

Very good

Relaxing weekend by the pool

We stayed all 3 days in. The Villa was big and modern. Very good location just above the city center. Very quiet complex and neighborhood. Very nice pool and garden

The internet went down and we called them to fix it and within 30minutes the guy came and did it. The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable for a luxury villa.

What i needed after a long lockdown!

Everything was perfect! Well eqquiped Walking distance from town but also quite location Nice bathrooms and rooms with lots of closets Very nice garden and pool area Spacious living room and kitchen Super clean Always hot water on demand and good pressure Nice views from top floors Market in 5 minutes walk Easy access to main roads Cleaning lady super polite And for last most of the times i left all windows open and car keys on the car when i go sleep which for me this is the most important feeling when going on vacations having the safety and freedom feeling!

If i have to say something i didn't like but again wasn't an issue for me is about the curtains in the rooms could be different for total darkness in the morning,chemicals in the pool needed balance which i understand happens sometimes,not wifi signal on top floors although maybe i didn't search for a repeater or something and inside lighting at night could be more warm for my taste!
