Enjoy the sea time with a special villa.

The awesome location. Completely out of the city hustle and bustle. The Villa and the Sea all together and gives a feel like another world of tranquility and love. Swimming pool and then the beach makes a superb combination of enjoyment and peacefulness. The roaring of the sea is splendid and enjoyed my best in sea with huge waves. It was a full moon night and was like a paradise on the beach and the terrace. Specially, the caretaker Sanju is simply awesome and always with his smile on face and everything is "ok" for him. Thanks a lot, Sanju for your awesome hospitality.

Could have looked for much better options with better amenities for this price.

They didn't have power backup. Caretaker chlorine isn't added to the pool since it's expensive. No hot water on day two. There was a very loud pool party hosted by the owners at the hotel which disturbed our sleep in late night hours. And we almost missed our bus because the staff blocked our cab from leaving since they couldn't find the ac remote.

Highly okay. The view was great but other than that would not recommend for the price

The location and the view

They refused to accept card payment and instead on getting payment in usd. The bathroom was a make shift below average one and the staff struggled to communicate in English and understand what we were asking of them. The rooms are old and need to be re-furnished or updated

Awful place with no facilities

The property is attached to the beach. That's it!! No proper infrastructure, not even a proper office/ manager

The rooms were full of cockroaches and lizards. The pool was not cleaned. The furnitures were not clean. The breakfast was not good. The manager blames the owner for everything. The photos on booking.com are heavily photoshopped or a decade old. Nothing is as it looks. We vacated the premises after one awful day. Please be careful!!!

We booked the place for one night & it's meet our expectations. On the beach with pool & my kid enjoy the pool. Good for big family due to room size with big balcony with sea view. Hotel manager is friendly & always there to look after us. He got good knowledge & advance about the location. Location closer to Galle & Hikkaduwa. 15 min bus ride to Galle. Also hikkaduwa. Closer to railway station.

Nothing much value for the money.
