Perfect: everything.

Extremely unique apartments, creatively decorated, ideally located. Perhaps not the best choice for anyone with mobility issues (steep staircase) or those who demand 24-hour-hand-holding concierge, but for those who really want to feel part of Old Town Split history, it doesnt get any more authentic. Surprisingly quiet at night, too, given that youre located in the heart of everything. Attendant was warm & welcoming and extremely responsive to ensure our timely airport transfers. Loved this place! Perfect for groups of friends or families.

First class apartments

Had an absolutely brilliant stay at Villa Nepos. As a group of 6 friends we rented 2 apartments on the second and third floors. Whilst the apartments themselves were fantastic, it was the location that stole the show - arguably the best located accommodation in Split. Also, Tomislav was great with communication leading up to our stay and organised a transfer for our group from the airport. The apartments contain everything that you need during your stay - highly recommended.

Spacious apartment thats super central

Location is awesome (see photo of the view from the room). The apartment is spacious and felt like a museum. You can see the history on the walls. The washer/dryer was really handy! Toma was really helpful and flexible with arrival/leaving time changes, and was easy to get in touch with. I like that they message a day early to confirm. Was surprised that the street noise didnt seep through the flat considering its pretty central. You can hear the church bells though, which i assume youll hear throughout town. There were 2 breakfast options, I preferred the one with the entry via an alleyway than the one in the square. But if you like people watching, breakfast at the square is probably your go to.

Excellent location inside the old Town, very unique rooms decoration baroque stile. Excellent breakfast in nearby restaurant. The host kept us a parking place and helped us with the luggages.

Mate, gave us excellent directions to the apartment which was beautifully presented. Spacious, comfortable, quiet. Perfect location to all the sights and 5 min walk to buses and ferries. Anything we needed, staff were a msg away and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Very well equipped and decorated. Huge dining / lounge area. Smart bathrooms. Even if in the very centre of town, still not too noisy at night

A beautiful apartment in the heart of a beautiful city.

Property was beautifully presented, very spacious and clean and perfectly situated in one of the beautiful squares of the Diocletians Palace. The hosts were also really helpful and accommodating. Wish we could have stayed longer!
