I would choose to stay here again on a future visit to Split.

The room was spotlessly clean and well-organized. The host maintained excellent contact with me both before and after check-in. The location is excellent for Split in a quiet neighborhood, but just a very short and easy walk to the old center, the green market, a great bakery and grocery store, and the ferry port and bus terminal.

Villa Kate was very well located in a quieter part of the old city which was loverly. The local restaurant was also very good and a short 20m walk. The unit was new and modern inside with all the facilities needed for a few days. Highly recommended.

Lovely spot, quiet neighbourhood, responsibe owner

Clean, cool, well located and lively little balcony

Be aware if you have a car that there is no off street parking, on street parking whilst free, is in short supply, and you have to be a good driver to navigate narrow streets and tight parking spots

Highly recommend Villa Kate

The property was lovely. A large room, with a lounge and table. Also great bathroom. Easy walking to all facilities. Mirelea also arranged a transfer for us and was a most responsive host.
