The decor was very fussy..and over the top. The hotel is a bit too far away from the old part ( centre) of town

Stunning, luxury in the most perfect location.

It's a stunning location, the room was amazing, the beds were so comfortable, it has a fantastic turn down service and the staff are all so friendly and helpful.

Our only concern was the cost of the drink, we paid $24AUD for a coke! We didn't get a menu before ordering, so completely our fault!

Stylish ambiance, very friendly and helpful staff. All very comfortable. Excellent breakfasts and dinner menu left nothing to be desired. Short walk to centre of Aix or Atelier Cezanne

Everything from start to finish was first class and out of this world! No wonder it was rated amongst the best hotels in France. Truly remarkable and magical experience! Bravo and hats down to the staff, management and owners! Definitely recommending thsi hotel and experience to our close ones and we shall be returning!
