My room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The lobby area was nice, with lots of nuts and olives served with drinks.

This is not an issue with the hotel, but it was extraordinarily difficult to find by car. Took me one hour of driving around Aix, occasionally noticing signs for the Renaissance Hotel, which led nowhere.

Great Central stay

The concierge and front staff were fantastic, our room was spacious, comfortable and kept very clean. The location was fantastic and we slept well.

The indoor pool was quite cold and the pool and spa area was very small so not ideal when the outdoor pool is closed as it can get busy.

Great hotel, competent staff

Very nice hotel, and very friendly and helpful staff. We are particularly thankful to Melvin (concierge), Antony and Mocta (restaurants). But all the staff is really great.
