Overall a good stay at a nice villa. We would come here again

We had a very nice stay at this villa. The villa is nice and spacious and the area seemed nice and quiet enough. We never had any issues. The pool and spa were very good and the villa location is well situated. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but not too far. We had easy access to the parks and the daily drive was as expected with the Orlando traffic. Yes we would stay here again is the bottom line. Good value and a nice area. The kids loved the pool but be aware there is a charge of $35 a day for pool heating.

As others have mentioned, it could do with a bit of a freshen up inside as it is a bit dated. The couches are well past their sell by date and were not comfortable for sitting on. We had to do a bit of cleaning ourselves also when we arrived as it was a bit dusty still in places and we weren't confident it had been properly cleaned up. Some new blinds, curtains and and a bit of a paint would not go a miss.

Disappointing

It was spacious and the pool and hot tub were nice

Dust and dirt everywhere couldn't have the ac below 74, so it was hot in the house, especially in the back room not to mention the roaches in there my family and I ended up leaving g it in better condition then when we entered.

the house was amazing very clean lots of towels and lots of pots and pans to cook it was definitely a win in my book and

the pool was amazing and it was nice we could buy our own food and cook our selves instead of eating out every night

The house was beautiful. Very large in size and nicely decorated. We loved the pool.

There is an alarm code and door code.

We were given the wrong alarm code which was nerve wracking to myself and my children. The heat in hot tub didn't work for the first few days. It was fixed once the weekend was over. They were attentive to fix the battery in the door when it died for the lock. The heating of the hot tub and pool is not include and is an additional $35 a day.

Don't stay at the property.

The listing says pool and spa, but when we arrived we were told there would be an additional charge to use the pool and spa, which we reluctantly paid. The villa looked clean at first glance, but some of the windows had mold on them, the spa had what looked like bits on concrete in the bottom, and there where weeds growing in the windows and a tree growing in the gutter. A week into our stay the pool had lost about a foot of water and when I emailed the property manager they asked if I could fill it up. The sink leaked and the property manager manager kept emailing asking for more details about the leak, and then finally sent someone to fix it 2 days later. There were many things that need to be fixed. I will never rent with Homes of America again.
