Good location, extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Nice, clean and big rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is good. Wifi works fine. Good location. Monkeys in the garden.

Hand towels and a trash can (only one in the bathroom) would be a nice addition.

This is the best accomodation you can book, it is clean, nice, comfy beds, swimming pool and garden (also with monkey), wifi and a/c work perfectly. The best part of this villa its the owner and the staff. Always there, ready to help you with anything you need, we really appreciate that and we felt welcomed and like home. Thank you everyone! Extremely presently surprised and would return in a heartbeat.

Coming from the UK Sri Lanka isn't somewhere we would normally visit and i was a little apprehensive about bringing my young family of 8,7 and 2. Well, i needn't have been! Our accommodation was beautiful we had the whole top floor of the villa to ourselves and was perfect for what we needed. Every morning we had a delicious breakfast made for us consisting of fresh fruits eggs toast and Sri Lankan pancakes. After this, we would normally feed the monkeys that would come into the garden, our kids absolutely loved this! The pool area was great, we had it to ourselves most of the time so another big win with the kids. Finally, a big thank you to all the staff at the accommodation every single one of you went above and beyond to make this a truly amazing experience.

Quiet location and extremely friendly and welcoming staff .

Clean with ample space and a comfortable bed. Room also came with a safe that was free to use. The staff were all very accommodating and welcoming. And were very friendly .

Great value for this money

As you can notice from the previous reviews, the host himself is great. And everything is exactly correct, Mr. Janaka is just an incredible person: he is friendly, polite, and helpful, and he is doing his best to help you to feel this place is your home. The rest staff is also really nice and friendly people, as well as all the guests that lived there. The villa itself is big, comfortable, and has a really nice pool that can be really useful as there are not a lot of places for a calm swim in Hikkaduwa (most beaches have big waves).

Well, it's important to realize: this is a great place for a BUDGET staying. So the breakfast is really simple, there is a limited number of amenities in the room, and there are some other people that already live on your floor (some of them are families that already live here for almost one year). These are not cons or pros, you just need to keep that in mind in case you are looking for something more luxurious.
