Good localisation, near Nissi Beach.

House needs cleaning, we dont use staff in the kitchen because we were scared. At the evening we met some cockroaches in the kitchen.

House is big and enough for 7 guests.

It was not clean enough. Especially garden, floors. Bathroom equipment's did not work properly.

Nick was super helpful, it was good value for money and easy to get to the strip!

Could have been cleaner and had a few better facilities, such as a working kettle or better shower

a wonderful holiday in the Cypriot sunshine and hospitality whats not to love

we loved the Villa , the location was perfect, Nick the host was very helpful and responsive,

some areas could do with updating, but it didnt affect the overall stay

Very spacious, own pool. Near to amenities.

No instructions for safe. Could not find cleaning utensils, could not use B&Q. Problem with ants even if no food was about.

Good

It's a nice place for groups with nice facilities but it needs more caring hand.

Good location - walking distance from Nissi Beach; Compact but functional patio/kitchen/living room.

A lot of broken/dirty eqipment like pool beds, bbq area, glass on the table, door locks, not working showers (but the owner showed up pretty quickly and fixed the water problem).

Good place to spend a couple of days regardless some drawbacks.

Spacious, sunny house with plenty of room for 68 people and an en suite bathroom in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. 5 minutes walk from restaurants, 10 minutes walk from Nissi Beach with a private pool, an outdoor dining area, and quite a big barbecue. Private parking space. Overall, a nice place, if you turn a blind eye to some flaws.

Despite the fact that the house is not old, it is already a bit worn. Dirty stains between the windows glass make a really bad first impression. Basic furnishings. Worn living room sofathe landlord should really clean it thoroughly or renew it. On the pictures of the Booking.com offer, there are pictures of several similar houses, and you actually don't know which one you book. The fourth bedroom is located under the staircase in a kind of former garage room, has only one small window, and is much worse than the other three (which actually matters only if there are more than 6 people in the house).

Great space and area, could do with a spruce up.

The location was perfect, close to nissi beach and a short taxi ride from the main square/town.. Very spacious and the first few days were quiet. Being able to extend my stay easily.

The hot water process was long at times. The cleanliness of the property. Outside noise at times. Ants.

Will never book this villa again

it was close to the center and beach

the owner of the villa wasnt polite with us, a little bit rude. We should have left a deposit and he didnt give ant receipt regarding it, so no guarantee we could receive it back. Also, the owner lives in the neighbordhood and he told no music in the evening otherwise he will call the police.
