A very sweet and decent holiday stay in Taormina. we loved the room with view.

Villa Astoria was a very decent place to stay. We booked a room with a view and it was fantastic to wake up with this view. It also had a little balcony that we enjoyed a lot in the mornings especially having our caffe. It was clean. very close to to bus station so we did not have to walk to travel. It is a few hundred meters walk to the center. It was quiet and nice. Staff was very helpful.

The rooms are nice little small but that was already in the description.

Superb

Fall in love with Taormina

Fall in love with Taormina with your base at Villa Astoria. The view from our bedroom was gorgeous. Access to the beach was very easy with the cable cars (10 return Taormina - Mazzar). We reserved parking on the premises which was very convenient. Parking in town is not at all easy, so this was very helpful. Walking to the old town was fast and there are many beautiful stores to visit. Hidden bars and restaurants sprinkled all over town. And of course you can walk past the White Lotus hotel. Maybe you'll spot the ghost of Tanya McQuoid in her Miss Piggy outfit.

As described above we enjoyed our time in Taormina and at Villa Astoria.

The view from our room (24) was spectacular. This small hotel is a gem with very helpful staff, a beautiful courtyard that comes with a friendly dog and our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast included the usual pastries plus eggs, yogurts, bacon and fruit. Coffee was delicious and made as ordered. The hotel is across the street from the bus station and well located within Taormina.

Lovely older hotel in a good location.

Villa Astoria is an older hotel on the main road into Taormina-a short walk into the old town and perfectly located across from the bus station. The staff was helpful, the rooms basic and comfortable and the breakfast very good.

Everything was as expected.

A little oasis in busy Taormina

Loved my stay here. Being just out of the old town made it a lovely quiet oasis to come home to. Beautiful views. Comfortable room. Nice, happy, helpful staff. Close to the cable car, so easy to go down for a swim, a short, easy walk into the old town. Being directly across the road from the bus station makes it easy to get to other places.

Simple yet pleasant hotel, convenient and affordable option for Taormina.

Hotel was in a good location, not far from the centre of Taormina, so easy access to most of the attractions in the area. We had a lovely view of the sea from our room and the room was clean and well kept. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided us some great recommendations for places to eat, they spoke good English, which made it very easy for us.

Our room was small, just enough space for the furniture in it, we noticed other rooms in the hotel were better sized, but not sure if the price varied per room to allow for this. There is no sound proofing as indicated in the listing - we could hear everything in the hallway and could hear the people in rooms either side and above us.

Very nice hotel in Taormina, with a very good location, close to the city center and main attractions. Also it has private parking (at a decent cost). The staff is super friendly and helpful. Our room had amazing sea view.

Room was a bit small, but it didnt bother us too much, as it was clean and had also a very nice balcony.
