We would love to go back if they improve the restaurant menus.

Lovely hotel with great views. Room was fabulous. Very comfortable beautifully furnished.

Menus in the restaurants exactly the same dreadful selection . So bad we had to go outside hotel for dinner as the menu was so limited in its choices and so basic. We also didnt appreciate being told by the pool staff we couldnt sit outside by the pool as it may rain . It was 6pm they just wanted to clear the furniture it seemed and we were in their way they were quite belligerent about it. Not nice.

All in all I had a great time.Special thanks to ashree, rohit omar ,khusboo ,khyrie ,nishant or .prachin special adrak wali chaye maker, It's really amazing to see how all vida team members work day and night to please their guests. And if any guests have complain they really make sure it's not repeated again. Really amazing efforts. But missed few faces Ahmed rabea, brain ,nisar and other known faces with unknown names. CHEF RAWAD made my trip more special by his great food and hospitality. Yes house keeping was not upto mark like last year just need improvement on that. Do bring ur old workers back then it's 10/10

Amazing hotel with great staff

First of all, staff are amazing and very kind. Jeff, the receptionist, Kujbu and all the other staff that I cant remember the names do great job to make you feel home and accommodate any requests. They let us do very early check-in and late check-out without any additional charge and helped us any questions we had. Location of the hotel is great, directly in the Marina and walking distance away to Mall, JBR , beach and restaurants. Rooms are very clean thanks to daily cleaning service. Breakfast is top as well with many varieties of cheese, eggs, fruits, pastries and many others. We felt very happy staying with Vida and definitely come back again. Thank you Jeff, Kujbu, Panache and all the others that I cant name now. Definitely recommended

Very Nice Hotel with great Location.

liked location so much. Just 3 minutes to the metro and 10 minutes by foot to the public beach. The hotel made a gesture of hospitality and we were given an upgrade room with Marina view . Thanks so much to the guy on reception Paul. The rooms were nice cleaned every day. The hotel has very good and tasty breakfast. Thanks to all the staff . I can confidently recommend this hotel .And hope to return here the second time.
