We loved the hotel, the staff and location, there are trams and restaurants within walking distance. We used the hammam and had special requirements and they were able to accommodate my needs. We were able to check in early, during check out they allowed us to leave our baggage and use the lounge area until our flight time

Will definitely go there again.

Breakfast was abundant and good quality hotel very central easy access to both metro and tram rooms up to standard and as a bonus Emre at the reception is exceptional.

In my opinion the bathroom towels could be a bit better.

Location location, shame about the rest

Great location, friendly and attentive staff. The onsite restaurant was very good and the restaurant staff were excellent. Everyone speaks English, good transport links and close to many cultural sites.

The hotel is a little run down and a bit grubby. The spa was not very clean and we only visited once. There were broken planks in the sauna and missing tiles in the steam room, the pool was very cold and the jacuzzi was not working. Breakfast was not consistent and some days we just ate bread.

Great place to stay with family surrounded by a vibrant community and restaurants.

Loved how they accommodate us with an early check in. The spacious room and wonderful front desk staff who were super friendly. Loved the breakfast staff who were so nice and kind: Gunes, Nazli, Utku and Azad. Gunes and Nazli especially gave us so many helpful advice like best place to shop and generally be a good laugh. My boys loved the swimming pool and my wife rated the spa treatment highly.

The bathroom was quite small and the breakfast whilst not that varied was hot and filling anyway. The air con would have been good if we could have reduce it more.

The work are friendly

They turn off the Air conditioner and the weather is not very cold. We feel very hot when we stay at the unit. I asked the reception and they told me that A/C is off now for season. However, each unit should has own system on A/C and the tourists choose what they liked

Comfortable stay in a great location, short walk to main attractions

Great location, amazing staff, neat and tidy

The rooftop bar and pool were closed but might have been as it was end of season and weather getting cooler. We were not advised in advance but thankfully had not planned to use the pool.
