We had an awesome time here!!

Excellent location, the view from the room was breathtaking.Short drive away from tea plantations and cardamom forests. Food was great and service was on point. They helped arrange a cake for us to celebrate a special occasion. Checkin and checkout was smooth. Rooms were very clean. The view from the pool was spectacular and the water was very pleasant(not temperature regulated) and clean.

Staffs attitude towards different customers are different , depend on the colour and county of the guest their attitude change . Guests are coming to relax ,not for a fight or argument . Plz dont show your attitude towards guest .one of your manager had a very bad attitude .

location and hotel is good but always review the prices they charge without any reason.

Property has good location and can do some activities too in the resort.

I booked a room for one day at a price from booking.com and second day same room with same services I book again and they charge 4000 or 5000 more for second day which is incorrect and I talk to the reception also. they said they will mail the full summary of payment but they did not mail. I did not expect this cheap thing from a 5-star hotel.

For me to go back and spend USD 130/night, The Vibe Resort & Spa, Munnar really needs to improve.

The property is a very nice property, however they definitely over market how much there is to do at the property. The images of the pool side, shows a pool bar and F&B services provided, however, there's nothing except for a beautiful pool with a beautiful view. It's called Vibe Resort & Spa, but there's no spa at the hotel itself, there's one at their sister hotel which is just 3-4 minutes walk away from the hotel. The room itself is great, the size is amazing, the layout and spacing is fantastic, and the balcony is a piece of heaven. It was lovely to sit there every morning and evening and just sip on tea in the beautiful weather. The restaurant staff is fantastic! They're extremely warm, hospital and with it when it comes to remembering your likes and dislikes. The Chefs are great! They definitely need to improve on their international cuisine like sandwiches, pizzas and pastas, but the food in no way would be considered bad. It just has scope for improvement given that the hotel is designed to attract foreign guests. The breakfast at Vibe was definitely one of the good breakfasts we had while we were in Kerala. My favorite thing about the hotel is the way the female employees are taken care of. We were there during International Women's Day and it was so nice to hear that the women staff were working the morning shift because there was an event organized to celebrate them that evening. It was also pleasant to see that there were women working as Bell Girls and helping with bringing the luggage to the room. Anyone going to the vibe MUST try their Kerala Chicken Curry & Parotta, after spending 7 days in Kerala, for me, VIBE was definitely the best Curry and Parotta

My welcome at the hotel wasn't the most pleasant. It started off really nicely with the entire Vibe hospitality team to welcome us, and then whilst checking in, dealing with the Revenue Manager was JUST the biggest put off. He's unfriendly, unwelcoming and very disregarding in his tone. I had inquired about a room upgrade as a Genius Level 2 member it is one of the perks, and he completely shut me up by telling me that "we are already giving you breakfast, we will not give you an upgrade" Not receiving the upgrade was not the issue, his manner and tone of saying it was extremely rude and off putting. The breakfast was anyway including in the rate I paid for, and I go NO Genius discount on my room, in fact I paid more than it was before I reached level 2! The room A/C definitely needs some improvement, it's ridiculous that the room temperature did not go below 23 degrees. When I checked in and saw that I had an interconnecting room, I had requested for a room WITHOUT an interconnecting room in order to not have to deal with other peoples noise. I was told there is no one staying next door. However, day 2-4 there were people staying next door and they were EXTREMELY loud and obnoxious and we could hear them to the wee hours of the morning chatting and laughing. The hotel has ZERO sound proofing and it's really annoying that they play really loud music in the hotel corridors starting at 9 am, that was a bit inconvenient, it felt like we were at a hostel more than a hotel. There were TV technical issues which was definitely annoying considering there REALLY IS NOTHING to do at the hotel after dinner.
