Disappointing for the price

The place is relatively close to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We were not very happy with our stay at the Amega Crown Residence. We have been traveling through Indonesia for a month and stayed only in low-cost hotels - this hotel has unfortunately been our lowlight, although it has been one of the more expensive stays for us. The room, especially the bathroom, was dirty (moldy tiles, mirror not clean, dirty glas door to bathroom, multiple stains on the bed sheets). The close location to the airport comes at a cost: there are nearly no food options except an Indomaret and very few small vendors in the lobby. The couch in our room was impossible to use as it was too worn out. We were at first happy to have Air Conditioning in the room, but it turned out to be not very helpful. The AC only manages to cool down the lower part of the room... Unfortunately, the bed is in the upper part, so it got very hot over night.

Good location if you want to be close to the airport. Nothing else in the area though.

It is cash only and I was not advised before I arrived. Had to make a very far walk to an ATM. Toilet area is dirty and no tissue or soaps is provided. No water provided either.

Proximity to the airport was good.

Hygiene levels were poor and there was issues with ants. The accommodation itself was cheap and served a purpose for an early departure the next day.

My rooms wifi did not work Room was nit that clean - ants all over the floor and the bed sheets were slightly stained.

Ok for staying near the airport but rooms need a deep clean.

Good location to the airport and a food swimming pool.

The gym equipment was broken and the room hadnt been cleaned properly for a while. The bed was also broken.

Great for an airport stay.

Very close to the airport - 15 min drive makes for a really good one night stay before a flight. Pool, rooms are really big and nice.

Ants in bathroom AC made downstairs of room cold but upstairs stayed warm.

Do not warn in advance that they only accept cash and no atm close by No food service, a food court open only until 7pm with very limited option No taxi / shuttle service and no number or help provided Room smelled bad, AC was not functioning properly, bed uncomfortable (you can feel the springs of the matress), tiny bathroom with shower over the toilet like any modest Homestay, no possibility to have natural light as the window is on the common garden Only 2 chairs at the pool
