Good size apartment

Attention to detail was poor. the kitchen had minimum equipment. No instruction to use gas oven. No TV channels had to get a TV plug-in stick. Balconies weren't clean. Swimming pool partly out of action due to maintenance The gym is poorly equipped.Only one access card was issued for the above and the car park, which limited our ability to do separate things, only one key to the apartment issued. Lot of traffic noise due to the location street side and next to the tramway. Would I go again? No. Would I recommend this apartment? No Overall, poor value for money

same as picture very convenient to get taxi. the owner is so kind allow us for late check out. thanks a lot.

The sink is blocked. & the fridge is malfunction. we didnt know at first.. all of our fruits was rotten when we want to eat it next day. hopefully owner can repair it before next tenant

Great place to stay. This apartment is way bigger than the similar prices apartments in the area and in an optimal location for travelling to the beach and other popular areas in the marina. Muhammad was our caretaker who was a great person. Helped us with the check-in and was always there for help. Recommended

Dont go this place. he canceled the approved order the same day we were on our way. after payment!! needed to find somewhere else in the last minute with kids and refund did not arrived.

Lovely apartment with a balcony with an amazing view of Dubai Marina

The apartment has one of the most beautiful views of Dubai Marina! The property is the same as the photos and very comfortable. The egyptian staff Mohamad is very hospitable and helpful in assisting us with our needs during our entire stay. Also the location is superb with supermarket on the building and so many nearby restaurants. The JBR beach & The Walk is just walking distance away. We would definitely book this property again.
