the location of the facility is fantastic. The 17th floor gives a beautiful view of the canal and floating ships. very close to the beach with a view of Ain. very close to the tram stop. very easy communication with every part of the city. apartment equipped with everything you need (except cleaning products) .there is a fantastic Chinese restaurant on the ground floor of the apartment building and several 24-hour markets nearby. staff very helpful. very nice swimming pool and jacuzzi.

beautiful views are spoiled by the construction of a skyscraper centrally in front of the terrace. Construction noises are annoying when windows or doors are open. the apartment requires very urgent repairs. During our stay, in an emergency, the gas valve and the entrance door lock had to be reparied.no one will find the exact address of this apartment anywhere. taxi drives around Marina were looking in various apartment buildings. we don't understand it because it's very easy to describe the Continental Tower. No driver would have any problem getting to the facility.

Everything! The location was perfect, walking distance from JBR and also the marina (both within 5 mins from the apartment) The apartment was clean, spacious and had a view to die for, its simply stunning.

RUN AWAY: terrible view, awful customer service experience, & disgusting Appartment

NOTHING !!!! A place to avoid

RUN AWAY. DO NOT TRUST THE PICTURES ON BOOKING. Wall damages, mould in the bedroom and in the corridor next to the bathroom. The bathroom was also disgusting The manager of the customer service - Nadia is not only incompetent but on top do not care at all about customers. We had to deal with so many issues there. The front view is not what is shown on the booking profile. Instead of having a great view on the marina you will have a terrible view on a building in construction.

Highly Recommended, Beautiful Stay and Helpful Staff

Everything was perfect and better than expected. Mohammed AlMasry was extremely helpful, easy to contact and made for a smooth check in and check out. The room was beautiful, very clean, and had everything needed and more. The balcony and view of the marina was amazing. We will definitely stay here again!!
