The location is excellent, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the hostel rooms and lunch area and bar are exceptional, evrything just works. Breakfast is perfect and all other beverages and food you can buy at the bar are good.

Exceptional

The location is great, really close to the Central train station, with easy access to Metro and Busses. The room was clean and spacious enough for 3 people. I also recommend the breakfast, it's continental and a satisfying variety which gives a great start in the morning.

Staffs were very helpful and friendly if you need anything form them. The location is perfect just in central station, very convenient.

I have been waiting for Laundry for more than 1 hour sitting there, and one of the drier was not in use, maybe it could be try other way to get better. Like sign up for a time, so people dont need to all wait there at the same time. There are kettles in the kitchen, but not in the room, still feel a little bit inconvenient, we need to go down to first floor and make tea.

Great value in a good location.

Was a bit apprehensive about booking a Hostel but need not have worried. Our 4 bed private room was ideal for a couple of nights stay Very good value in an expensive city! Location was good, and there was a great atmosphere in the Bar!
