The Steel House Copenhagen is a comfortable and cozy hostel with nice facilities. The locker service is expensive and only accepts cards, which can be inconvenient for tourists. The hostel has a beau (Read More)tiful appearance and is centrally located near the Central Station. The rooms are modern and comfortable, although lacking privacy curtains. The staff is helpful and accommodating. The hostel offers activities, a gym, pool, and kitchen for additional costs. Overall, it is a good value for the price and recommended for solo travelers and couples.

Good value for money, clean, close to center

Design is excellent Cleanliness Near the centre Diverse clientele

In the morning of departure I was about to dress up and a man opened the door and said they were coming to clean the room I was shocked and not dressed and instead of apologising and leaving he insisted I left on the spot. Not nice experience Reception staff mostly friendly but some not at all :(

Easy check in, clean room , lower bunk bed as requested. Quiet room mates.

We would stay at Steelhouse again if we're ever in Copenhagen. Nice people, great value!

The room was small, but it what was what we expected and large enough for the 3 of us. We loved the beds, comfortable and cozy being in our little "pods". The staff at the front desk was always happy and helpful. Also the location was great and we took great walks in the neighborhood.

Parking was kind of a hassle, but that's expected in a big city.

Clean, modern and centrally located!

Very clean, modern and quiet rooms. Extremely close to the city center, the subway and the main train station.

We would have liked for the frosted glass doors to the bathroom and showerroom to be darker so that the light didn't disturb other people in the room.

Enjoyable stay

A very enjoyable place. The beds in the dorm rooms are quite comfortable, and the location is excellent.

However, the bathrooms are insufficient. Besides the single bathroom inside the dorm room, there is another one in the basement. In a 6-person room, having only one bathroom in the morning can be a bit problematic. Similarly, the shower is also inside the room. Since I stayed for only one night, I didn't use it, so I didn't check if there is another shower elsewhere. It would have been better if there were shared bathrooms on each floor.

Lovely little spot

The location was ideal as close to the train station as well as things to do and see. The rooms were cosy and comfortable albeit a little small. The lockers in the rooms were roomy and could actually fit our bags in. The facilities offered by the hostel were amazing - breakfast, gym, swimming pool, live music, cinema room, arcade, walking tours etc. The staff were all very friendly and ready to help.

The rooms, although nice, were a bit of a squeeze for 6 adults. Also, it was weird that it was reflective around the outside of the shower and toilet doors so at a certain angle, you could actually see the person inside.

Best hostel I have stayed so far. Beds are very comfortable, very clean rooms. It is right next to Tivoli Gardens. They have many chess sets to play. Concert on 1st of Jan was amazing.

Staff at bar can me more polite. There was a woman who tried to sell plastic cup on New Year's Eve!!! And she was impolite.
