Exceeded expectations and will be back!

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, the drinks at the bar exceeded my (all-inclusive style) expectations, and the facial treatment was absolute magic!

The coffee could have been better - but is coming from a third-wave coffee lovers and it's probably not the most representative opinion. There were exactly two hooks in the bathroom and room, so for two people, that leaves space for two small towels and the robes and bath towels had to go on the chairs and balcony to dry. We found it a bit impractical.

Fantastic from start to finish

The hotel was fantastic! Our room was massive and very well stocked. The manager, Fei, and her team, all went above and beyond to make our Honeymoon extra special. Food and the view of the sea from the room was great. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Best experience and honeymoon stay

Everything. It was suck an amazing place to end our honeymoon. We stayed in the cicada suites and it was luxury at its finest. Right near the beach and amazing water temps and the hospitality was next level. The airline lost my wifes luggage and right from when we arrived, they got onto the airports and airline lost and found and tracked our luggage and got it to us. Alexandra the senior ambassador was so accomodating to our needs and getting my wifes luggage back for us was amazing. Will be definitely coming back on our next holiday.

Our stay was nothing short of a luxurious escape into tranquillity!

From the moment we stepped foot inside, the hotel captivated us with its remarkable boho-modern elegance. The staff members were not only friendly, but they also went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Our interactions with Alexandra, who warmly welcomed us and regularly checked in, made us feel valued and special. It's an ideal sanctuary for anyone looking to unwind and detach from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

While the a la carte restaurant offered dishes that were flavorful, we felt the variety was somewhat limited. The hotel's proximity to the airport resulted in occasional noise disturbances from incoming flights, although this was a minor inconvenience. We found the gym to be a bit compact, necessitating advance bookings for its use. The immediate vicinity of the hotel didn't offer much in terms of activities, but we were able to explore the island's diverse attractions on our own, making our stay quite adventurous.

Absolutely fantastic value for money with everything including and drinks. Great and friendly staff. Lovely property and amenities.

The standard of the buffet was alittle average. The hotel is located very close to the airport so planes were constantly flying over head. This didnt affect our stay but good for people to know.

Blissful.

Beautiful clean hotel with exceptionally lovely staff. Very chilled vibes. A la carte restaurant was phenomenal. Would stay again.

Bed was a little too hard for our liking. Would had been helpful to know that there was a beach club beside the hotel as well as the A la carte restaurant, only found out two days before leaving.
