Large resort with minor issues

The hotel is located on a small private beach. The pool is nice and clean and the room was large and well-decorated (we had a deluxe Bungalow). Staff was very kind and the entire hotel looks very nice.

The location is a bit far from everything, but that happens with beach resorts. The Wifi was not good enough for working purposes. Food at the breakfast was varied but the quality was medium. The minigolf was not well-maintained (but we also arrived at the end of the season). Tap water in Crete is not drinkable and it was hard to get drinking water after hours (need to pack up from the supermarket).

Abundant and varied breakfast and dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice garden, nice view. Many program options within the accommodation etc. ping-pong, darts, gym. Everything was perfect, highly recommended!

The bed mattress was too soft for me. But this not a problem.

Exceptional!

This is a bungalow hotel and the first time we stayed in one - loved it! The check in was speedy, we got there early but the rooms were already available, and we even got an upgrade - thanks so much to Mr. George K. ! The bungalows were huge and impeccable, the hotel was quiet, with lovely gardens + a nice outside space for each bungalow. The cleaning personnel was very discreet, not disturbing in any way. Rooms had everything you could need, including beach towels for the pool / beach. The beach is literally 2 steps, with free chairs. It is sandy and long. We did not use the pool, but looked very nice and was relaxing, as the pool for small kids was in another area. The way the restaurant was organized was great, we never had queues. The food was great (we had breakfast and dinner) and drinks including beer, wine are included, unlike in other places. The restaurant has a great view of the sea and a nice terrace is available. The personnel of the restaurant was great, special thanks to the supervisor, he made us feel very welcome. We received in the rooms bottled water every 2 days or so. The hotel has sufficient parking places. We visited Heraklion and really enjoyed it, better than Rethymnos in our view. Great restaurants, shopping, the museum is also very nice.

Great stay

The staff were exceptional, very nice, and helpful. It is a big complex, but it feels very safe. Please mention your outdoor gym in the booking system, as it could be a big selling point! Loved the access to fresh fruit.

The rooms could be a bit more modern; however, they are great value for the price. The food quality was not always as great as the rest of the experience, specifically the scrambled egg had some weird spices, and the nuggets were almost black inside.

This hotel has such a nice area! We had bungalow with wonderful seaview, hotel has a private beach, mini golf, we definitely wanted to stay longer!

We had just halfboard, but we didn' t know how it works during dinner with drinks. Minigolf course would need a little upgrade

Good hotel but requires the refreshments

The room has a hair dryer, a kettle with tea and coffee, a refrigerator with several bottles of carbonated drinks and fresh water. There is air conditioning. Good WiFi in the rooms and throughout, including the beach. Beautiful hotel grounds Private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas There are several exercise machines outside. There are fresh water showers on the beach. There is a pool for adults and a small pool for children. There are animators and nightly programs for children. There is a children's room. Convenient for families with children. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel to Heraklion. If you buy a ticket on the bus, then the ticket price is 2.50 euros (July'23), if you buy a ticket in a stall, then the ticket price is 1.50 euros

The hotel is quite old and needs a lot of renovation. There is ONE (!) socket in the room. I had to buy a tee so that I could charge two phones and an iPad. The bathroom has one hook, only for towels. The hook is located exactly above the soap dish. Clothes in the bathroom are not worth the story. Towels are old and shabby. The safe in the room is not coded, you need to close it with a key. If you want to use the safe, you have to pay 3 euros per day. Our bungalow (number 130) was located near the spa. The window of the bungalow was 50cm from the spa tent. The masseuse used our windowsill as a shelf for dirty plates and glasses. Never cleaned up after herself. She smoked, so there were a lot of cigarette butts, empty plastic cups and garbage around our bungalow. There are no changing cabins or toilets on the beach. The sun loungers are very old. Greek yogurt was only two days old. The porridge is very sweet, it is impossible to eat. The fish is often oversalted. Bifteks are very good! I advise!! The choice of drinks is limited. Coffee and tea is only available in the morning. There are no Greek cold drinks even for money. "Cola", "Sprite" are not real. If you buy half board, then only water and coffee are drinks (coffee only in the morning, only water in the evening)
