Gold coast holiday

The resort was beautiful and we loved the pool and spa the room was so clean and it had everything we needed to cook like we were at hm. We enjoyed the walk around the outside looking at gardens and car park was great not far to walk to elevator.

Great Christmas Stay, great space, good facilities and continent location.

Space, the 3 bedroom room was perfect size for the family, everyone getting their own beds. We had another 3 bedroom for the other family, and the living room and balcony was big enough to have everyone for dinners etc Location, right near the broad beach shops and Pac Fair, gives you everything you need.

Not a big issue, but only 2 elevator per section can cause delays getting up and down.

Friendly cafe staff, most of the room was clean, comfortable bed.

Dirty carpet and mat, aircon didnt work (staff got it fixed but it stopped working again), toddler could not use pool area as the tiles were extremely slippery when wet, tv didnt work for a few days in family members room.

Was supposed to be newly renovated, the apartment was old , bathroom looked new. Carpet filthy dirty.lounge-and chairs filthy and floor dirty. Smelt like a bottle of bleach when we walked in. Pool crowed no space to get a chair, yes it was Boxing Day, but still its very limited space around pool

Freshwater Point Birthday Holiday

Close to The Oasis Centre, Star Casino and Pacific Fair. Liked the pool, spa and lasagna from the Cafe. The welcome gift was a lovely surprise and mum enjoyed the beers & smoked cheese and I enjoyed the pringles and tim tams

The grill of the fan in the bathroom needing dusting and also the lint filter of the hairdryer.

Worst ever experience

What breakfast ? There was nothing on offer. Just the night person on duty Brett who was very helpful Perhaps management can take a leaf out of his book by acknowledging their mistakes and being humble about it.

Where do we start. Checked in after hours, no welcome pack/instructions envelope left in the room. Had no emergency contact number, no wifi instructions, no instructions on cafe timings, what to do in case of any emergency, no landline phone available in the room, AC on/off switch broken, TV in bedroom not connected with the antenna, no signal. Bedroom table lamp not working, bulb was off. On the kitchen slab, strands of hair left, seems like no cleaning was done. Surely, Im missing few more things, such a disgusting experience. Called the after hours number from my mobile and they were very unhelpful. No one from management reached out the next 2 days, instead wrote an email with all assumptions that the instructions had been passed onto me in the morning whereas that was not the case at all. Surely, this warrants reporting to the hotel association/ ombudsman and on social media. Mere apology is not enough.

A great stay in the best location. Everything was provided to make our stay enjoyable.

Our reception was great and the lady who greeted us was helpful. The option for "contactless" check was clearly described. The Room was simply perfect for us. Exceptionally clean and comfortable with everything provided. Secure parking was valuable.

Nothing to report. There was an internet issue that was clearly communicated, however this did not impact us.

The location of the hotel was good for us

The room was quite dirty, the carpet had stains and the bathroom didn't look clean. The bed was squeaky and was held together with zip ties and when we lifted the sheets was covered in pubic hairs. When we went to use the TV the foster remote wouldn't work and was turning the TV on and off.

Very good

The room was excellent as was the pool.

More clarity around facilities at the premises such as bar and dining would be very helpful however not a deal breaker. Carpark was very small and hard to park with dual cab Ute.
