The property was brilliant and offered sick views of the most of Broadbeach and surfers . The pools were clean and the water temp always beautiful . Beautiful bbq facilities to boot .

The advertisement for rooms is false do not believe the pictures , this hotel is dirty not refurbished (only kitchen is ,in the unit we stayed in ). The walls were filthy, the toilet door handles were hanging off , this was so outdated and not like any of the pics , absolute joke , could add more photos of the unit took plenty of the filth , dirty blankets ,couldnt see the view with all the dirt on balcony glass ,pictures are of another hotel as this hotel has a different balcony all together ,more false pictures , absolute rip off , view was the only good thing

We loved our stay. The location was spot on.

Perfect location. Lots of room in the units. Beautiful view. Love the wrap around outside decks. The pool area is fantastic. Love the BBQs tennis courts and there is plenty of room to socialise.

Our room was very tired. The carpet was filthy. Attention to detail was lacking. Please put a sharp knife in the draw, fill up the ice container for the next guests. Leave more than one dishwashing tablet for an entire weeks stay. And have just a few basics available.

Would stay again purely for location, however would request another room not 6a

Excellent location, but for $600 per night for a premium room which is supposedly recently renovated the walls look like they have seen a repaint for a long time and the dust in fittings and skirting boards, well o think they need new cleaners

The cleaning and I wouldnt consider it a premium apartment
